Jascha Richter is one of the most successful Scandinavian songwriters. The Danish singer, keyboard player and bandleader is able to entitle himself as an "experienced international songwriter and musician".
He released 6 albums and sold 9 million copies worldwide with his band Michael Learns to Rock.

All these albums are based on Jascha’s songs, and they are mainly sold in Scandinavia, some parts of Europe, South Africa, the Golf region, and Asia. Jaschas first hit song "The Actor" released in 1991 paved the way into the international music scene. 

During the last 10 years Jascha had many international number 1 hits with MLTR, including "Paint my love", "That's why you go away", "Sleeping child", "25 minutes" and "Out of the blue", and from the latest 2004 MLTR album, "Frostbite" and "Take Me to your Heart". 

Jascha has been touring a lot with MLTR. The latest tours
was in Oktober 2004 and Januar 2005, that took the band to Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, South Africa, China, Malaysia and Indonesia. 

Recently and by request Jascha started to write songs for other Artists as well. He wrote songs for both local and international artists, such as american Dr. Hook,
malaysian Ella, and the winner of the Danish and Portuguese POPSTARS 2001.
 
He is now getting more into co-writing, and has been invited on song writing trips to Sweden, Italy, England and Los Angeles.
